Ida Syazrina is a pharmacist and Senior Principal Assistant Director at the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA). She has extensive experience in traditional product analysis, pharmaceutical analysis, laboratory quality control and herbal product quality assessment. She has also been involved in the development of herbal monographs and Malaysia Herbal Pharmacopeia.
She has served as an invited speaker at programmes related to quality and safety of traditional products and food safety and adulteration, and has extensive experience in analytical laboratory quality systems.

Tan Xin Ci is a pharmacist and Principal Assistant Director at the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA), currently serving in the Complementary & Alternative Medicine Section. She has experience in traditional and herbal product regulatory requirements and product registration, as well as previous experience in hospital pharmacy practice.
She has also been an invited speaker on laws, regulations and product registration for herbal products and participated in the China-ASEAN Seminar on Traditional Medicine Cultural Exchange 2025.
