1. I already filled out the NPRA Pre-Registration Google Form. Do I still need to register here?
Yes. The previous Google Form was for pre-registration interest only. To officially secure your seat and complete your payment, you must register through the official MPS registration portal.
2. When is the deadline for registration?
The final closing date for registration is 21 September 2026 (11:59 PM) OR once the maximum capacity of 200 participants is reached, whichever comes first. Seats are allocated on a strict first-come, first-served basis upon payment completion.
3. What are the registration fees and ticket categories?
(Important: Please carefully select the correct ticket category based on your sector, as this determines your assigned case study for Day 2).

4. Why must I choose between “TMHS Manufacturer” and “QC Panel / Private Laboratory”?
During the second day of the workshop, participants will be divided into specialized breakout activities. The case studies are distinctly different for TMHS Manufacturers and QC Panel/Private Laboratories. Selecting the correct ticket category ensures you are assigned to the breakout session that is relevant to your industry background.
5. What is included in my registration fee?
The registration fee includes 2-day access to the training workshop and daily meals (Morning break, Lunch, and Afternoon break).
Note: Accommodation and parking are not included in the fee.
6. How do I officially register without HRDC Scheme for this workshop?
Important Prerequisite: In order to register for the event, you MUST register for an account on the MPS event portal first (MPS event portal) before you can proceed.
Once your account is created, you can access the event registration page: OFFICIAL REGISTRATION LINK HERE and proceed under individual registration OR group registration.
For Individual Registration:
o STEP 1: Sign Up / Log In to the portal
o STEP 2: Add Members and Select Ticket Category (Crucial: Ensure you choose the correct TMHS or QC Panel/ Private Laboratory ticket for your Day 2 activities).
o STEP 3: Validate membership or government status (if applicable)
o STEP 4: Fill in the Registration Form
o STEP 5: Click Pay (via iPay88) for payment through online banking, credit/debit card, or e-wallet
For Group Registration:
o STEP 1: Sign Up / Log In to the portal
o STEP 2: Add Members and Select the appropriate Ticket Category for each member.
o STEP 3: Validate status (if applicable)
o STEP 4: Fill in the Registration Form
o STEP 5: Repeat Steps 2-4 for all members under your group
o STEP 6: Click Pay (via iPay88) to complete a single payment for the group
7. What payment methods are accepted?
The registration portal uses iPay88 for secure payments. You may pay using:
● Credit / Debit Card
● Online banking (Duitnow / FPX)
● E-wallet (Boost, Grab, TnG, etc.)
8. Is the workshop HRDC claimable?
Yes. You can apply for a training grant via the e-TRiS system under the HRD Corp Claimable Courses (SBL-KHAS) Scheme, subject to HRD Corp approval and employer levy eligibility.
9. What are the claimable costs under HRD Corp?
HRD Corp supports funding conducted under the SBL Khas scheme, subject to meeting the minimum training duration requirements and allowable costs.

10. If I choose to claim under HRDC, do I still need to pay first?
For this event conducted under the HRD Corp Claimable Courses (SBL Khas) scheme, employers are not required to make an upfront payment for the workshop fee to Malaysian Pharmacists Society (MPS) as the Training Provider. The approved fee will be debited directly from the employer’s levy account with HRD Corp, subject to grant approval and sufficient levy balance.
11. How to be eligible for HRDC claims under HRD Corp Claimable Courses (SBL-KHAS) Scheme?
To be eligible for HRD Corp claims under the SBL Khas scheme:
● The employer must be registered with HRD Corp
● The employer must have sufficient levy balance and no outstanding arrears

13. Can I register for event and pay by HRDC?
Yes. You can register here under Group Registration (up to 10pax per group) and select 'Pay by LPO/LOU/PO/HRDC’ when proceeding to the payment page.

4.1 After clicking “Add to Cart”, your cart will appear. Click “Proceed to Checkout”. Kindly ensure that all details are
correct and that the complete list of names is included before proceeding with the checkout.
5.1 After clicking “Proceed to Checkout”, the registration ticket summary will appear, and you may select the HRDC payment option. Once you have confirmed that all details are correct, click “Proceed to Payment” to complete the registration process.
5.2 After proceed to next section, you can download the Tax Invoice under “Tab Invoices”, choose the ticket and click
“view”. Before verification, the Tax Invoice will show “UNPAID”.

Once approved, kindly upload the GAN and Grant ID (in PDF format) via the Event System front page
under the “Tab Invoices > Upload” tab after completing the registration process for our verification.
6.3 You should be able to receive 2 emails:
6.3.1 Registration payment confirmation after the admin of event registration has verified the registration
6.3.2 The ticket will be sent to each individual participant’s email
(MPS Tax Invoice & Official Receipt can be downloaded after payment is received and verified)
6.4 Sample for Tax Invoice before Verified documentation. After being verified once the claim is approved by HRDC, the
tax invoice will change to PAID.
14. How do I apply for HRD Corp Claimable Courses (SBL-KHAS)?
Employers are required to submit their Training Grant Application via e-TRiS system, in accordance with the SBL Khas scheme requirements. Please refer to HRDC step-by-step HRD Corp Claimable Courses Scheme Grant Application Guide for detailed instruction on the process.

15. What do I need to do after my grant has been approved?
Once your grant is approved, please upload the Grant ID Letter (in PDF format) via the MPS Event System front page under the “Tab Invoices > Upload” after completing the registration process (choose HRDC payment) for MPS verification.
16. Can I register and pay by Local Purchase Order (LPO)?
Yes. You can register here under Group Registration (up to 10pax per group) and select 'Pay by LPO/LOU/PO/HRDC’ when proceeding to the payment page. Kindly email your registration request to tmhsqctraining2026@npra.gov.my to secure your seat. Our committee will assist you with the manual registration and LPO application process upon receiving your details.
17. What should I do if I accidentally purchased the wrong ticket category during the registration?
(For example: You selected the TMHS Manufacturer ticket, but you are actually from a QC Panel / Private Laboratory).
Since both ticket categories carry the same fee, no additional payment or refund is required. However, because this selection directly affects your Day 2 breakout session and case study assignment, you must notify the organizing committee immediately.

Important: All category correction requests must be emailed to us no later than 18 September 2026 so we have sufficient time to update the final participant roster and case study materials for Day 2.
18. I have registered, but I did not receive the confirmation email.

19. Are walk-in registrations allowed on the day of the event?
No. Strictly no walk-in registrations will be entertained on the event days to ensure proper seating, catering, and materials preparation.
20. What happens if I am unable to attend the training on the day?
If you cannot attend the training, you may transfer your registration to another person (Terms & Conditions apply). Kindly email us at tmhsqctraining2026@npra.gov.my as soon as possible to allow us to process the necessary replacement arrangements.
