Mike leads our Technology and Security Team and serves as our information and technology officer. He has been instrumental in helping us not only utilize the technology already available to us, but also learned enough about our organization to identify and customize processes that work for our team.

In just seven months, Mike has:

• audited our technology and found ways to improve and streamline our systems

• transferred our domain to Google Domains

• implemented, configured and secured Google Workspace for Nonprofits

• coordinated our PCI compliance submission

• created data and document storage to put us in compliance with Montana Nonprofit Association's Standards of Excellence

• created backups and implemented security measures

• trained our board and volunteers (and is always happy to answer questions)

• developed and organized a team portal for the Board and volunteer staff so we would all have instant and remote access to files

We are an organization built for seniors, BY seniors. We are all volunteers and we had no idea what we were missing in regards to technology. Mike's expertise and his patience in teaching us how to utilize new programs has made us more efficient and has given us the ability to work remotely.
