ClassLink is a single-user login for all NP district employees that provides access to all web and digital curriculum applications. It provides instant access to programs at school and in the cloud (Google Drive).
To log into ClassLink, open a Web Browser (Chrome preferred) and the Classlink Login Page should automatically load. If it does not load, type https://my.classlink.com/npenn in the address bar. Logging into ClassLink for the very first time you will enter your North Penn username (without @npenn.org) and password. Click Sign In.
You will immediately be prompted to set up DUO Multi-Factor Authentication. 2 Step Verification is now required for all staff on the North Penn Desktop. Instructions for setting up DUO are included in this packet.
ClassLink is where you will update your password information. You will be able to reset your password anytime from anywhere. Directions for resetting your password will be included in your welcome letter.
You are required to change your password every 90 days.
All passwords MUST be at least 12 characters in length, but you can use more if you want.
Passwords cannot contain part of your login or North Penn email address
Passwords cannot be reused.
All passwords must contain 3 of the 4 complexities
At least one Upper case letter
At least one Lower case letter
At least one Number
At least one Special character such as ! @ # $ % &

All suspicious emails should be deleted immediately. You can make the technology assistant in your building aware of the email but never reply or open suspicious emails.
Every district employee and student has a North Penn Google email account.
Your email address is username@npenn.org
You can access your email from work or at home via the NP Desktop or you can go directly to mail.google.com. You will be prompted to enter your North Penn email address and password.
If you go directly to your email, you will be redirected to the NP Desktop so that your account can be verified via DUO Multi-factor authentication.
Please check your email for a welcome letter which includes a link to our Responsible and Acceptable Use Policy Signature Form (RAUP) for Technology usage. It is important that you click on the link and complete the form.
You will be able to view your demographic, payroll and leave information as well as your salary and benefits contribution breakdown, tax information and deductions. This is where you will access your W2s. A paper copy is no longer being provided.

On the NPSD Network (EAC)
The icon that you will use while you are on the NPSD network looks like the one to the left.
At Home (EAC at Home)
If you are at home, you can use the search box at the top right corner of the NP desktop (next to the magnifying glass icon) and type EAC at Home
You will be prompted to enter your username and password (the same username and password that you use to login to the computer)
Google Drive allows users to store files in the cloud, synchronize files across devices, and share files. Google Drive encompasses Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and an Office Suite that permits collaborative editing of documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings, forms, and more. Files created and edited through the Office Suite can be saved in Google Drive.
