The program does not cover:
Intentional damage
Lost Chromebooks
Stolen Chromebooks
Families who do not pay the Technology Fee will be responsible for the full cost of Chromebook repairs. Repair costs typically range from $50-$300, depending on the damage.
Technology Fee Waiver Information
Students approved for the Free or Reduced-Price Lunch Program will automatically receive a waiver of the Technology Fee.
Families who believe they may qualify should complete the Free and Reduced-Price Lunch Application.
Free & Reduced-Price Lunch Application
Once the application is approved, the student's account will be updated automatically.
The Technology Fee waiver will appear in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal under the Fees tab. The fee will either show a waiver or a zero balance.
The previous school year's Free and Reduced-Price Lunch eligibility expires on October 12, 2026.
If a new application is not submitted and approved before that date, the student's status will revert to paid status and the Technology Fee may become due.
We encourage all eligible families to apply for the Free and Reduced-Price Lunch Program. In addition to providing nutritious meals for students, the program also includes the benefit of an automatic Technology Fee waiver for eligible students.
