American Institute of Chemical Engineers New Mexico Tech Chapter

Introduction

Welcome to the homepage of the New Mexico Tech AIChE Student Chapter! The American Institute of Chemical Engineers is the world's leading organization for chemical engineering professionals, with over 60,000 members throughout 110 countries.

The chapter promotes AIChE through the Tech campus by conferences, meetings, trips, and other events. AIChE provides students with technical and social resources across the international chemical engineering community, all of which will improve the foundation for collegiate and professional careers of chemical engineers.

Announcements

Spring semester has started! Join us at 7PM every other Wednesday in MSEC 101. There will be pizza and ChemE Jeopardy! Our first meeting of the Spring semester will be on 1/25/22!

Officers meet weekly to plan possible events and volunteer events for the semester.

General meetings are open to the public and held bi-weekly to announce the club decisions among the officers (invite link to NMT AIChE Discord server).

Volunteering opportunities and events for club members are listed in the calendar.

ChemE car meetings will be held in MSEC 259 - meeting times can be seen in the calendar.
