2026 Starting Dates:

We will start with an Orientation Day for all new students on 13 January 2026. Ms Meyers will forward a programme for this day to you. All returning students will start on 14 January 2026.

Technology in the Secondary School

1. Students who wish to take Computer Science as a subject at AS and A-levels:

While the Chromebooks that we provide are sufficient for the needs of the IGCSE curriculum for Computer Science, students who wish to take the subject at AS and A-level (only in Grades 11 to 13) must provide their own Windows-based laptops with the following minimum specifications:

➔ Intel (or AMD equivalent) i5 or better processor, 7th generation or newer (Virtualization must

be supported)

➔ Windows 10 Operating System

➔ 1920 x 1080 or greater screen resolution

➔ 500 GB or larger SSD

➔ Minimum 8 GB of RAM (12GB -16GB RAM recommended)

➔ Webcam required

➔ Access to High Speed Internet

2. Provisioning of Chromebooks and General Technology offering:

We offer Computer Science as a subject to more students while also fleshing out our extra-curricular coding and technology offering. We remain as committed as ever to making this available to as many students as possible by continuing to provide access at school.

How to access this new Multi-portal application:

STEP 1:

You can easily download the Ed-admin Multi-Portal app from your preferred app store. You can also access your preferred app store directly from our login page.

STEP 2:

Enter the activation code. The code for accessing the portal: 365740

STEP 3:

Once the app has been activated, you will be able to log in:

i)  as a parent you can log in using the email address you provided to Nova Pioneer. To do so, enter your email in the indicated field and then tap the "Email Me Login Code" button.

ii) as a student you can log in using the email address provided to you by Nova Pioneer (i.e. your Nova Pioneer school email address). To do so, enter your email in the indicated field and then tap the "Email Me Login Code" button.

STEP 4:

If the email address matches the one in your record, you will receive a Login Code from your Institution’s general email address. Type in the code and tap the Validate Login Code button.

NOTE: if you can't find the email in your Inbox, remember to check the Spam folder.

STEP 5:

If you do not receive the code, tap the Resend Login Code button.

How to access this web portal:

STEP 1:

Access the web parent portal using this link:

STEP 2:

Once logged into the portal, navigate to the ¨Student information¨ tab at the top of the dashboard.

STEP 3:

Follow the ¨Reports¨ link where you will find the pdf copy of the report for download.

Note:
For returning parents, accessing the portal will be the same as in Term 1 of 2024 and all terms in 2023. The same username and password can be used.

If you are a new parent, did not previously use the portal or need to reset your password, follow the link below and click on the "Forgot Password" button:
