Co-Chair Executive Committee:
Edith Smith

Edith is a life member of the Nottoway County Emergency Squad and has been serving the citizens of Nottoway County for more than 20 years! Her and her husband have lived in Nottoway County all their lives. Edith is a retired school teacher, and enjoys relaxing at home and spoiling her grandchildren in her spare time. 

Co-Chair Executive Committee:
Richard Fowlkes

Richard is a life member of the Nottoway County Emergency Squad and also serves as the squad's Chaplain. Richard has been serving the citizens of Nottoway County for more than 15 years and has resided in Nottoway County all his life. Richard has devoted his life to serving the Lord through his church and our agency!

Captain: Ernest 'EB' Fisher

EB is a life member of the Nottoway County Emergency Squad and has been serving the citizens of Nottoway County for more than 60 years! EB has served in many different roles in the agency to include Treasurer, Assistant Captain, and for the last 10+ years, Captain. EB and his wife Janet have lived in Nottoway County the majority of their lives. EB enjoys spending time at home and spoiling his grandchildren and great grandchildren!

Paul Robertson

Paul is a life member of Nottoway County Emergency Squad and has been serving the citizens of Nottoway County for more than 15 years! Paul and his wife Bonnie have lived in Nottoway County the majority of their lives. They both have volunteered in numerous non-profit events to include their Church, American Red Cross, Farmers for Cause, and many more! Paul enjoys farming in his spare time. 

Executive Board Member:
Jordan Fisher

Jordan has been a member of the Nottoway County Emergency Squad for more than 4 years where she serves as the Board of Governors Representative for the agency. Jordan is the granddaughter of EB Fisher and has grown up attending squad events her entire life! Jordan currently works as a 911 dispatcher for the Nottoway Sheriff's Department.

Cheryl Williams

Cheryl has been a member of the Nottoway County Emergency Squad for over 8 years. Cheryl currently serves as the agency's Treasurer and Business Manager. Cheryl and her husband, David have lived in Nottoway County the majority of their lives and have volunteered on numerous occasions to help serve the citizens of Nottoway County!

Assistant Captain:
David Williams

David is a life member of the Nottoway County Emergency Squad. David has been serving the citizens of Nottoway County for more than 20 years. David is a certified Nationally Recognized Paramedic and has devoted countless hours to education, training, and working for the citizens of Nottoway County. David and his wife, Cheryl have lived in Nottoway County the majority of their lives.
