Physical health is integral to making sure you’re feeling healthy and physically fit. But it isn’t just exercise and healthy eating. As well as many co-curricular activities that encourage you to think about your physical wellbeing, Mr Samra is on hand to answer any questions about sleep hygiene, balanced eating and yoga – to name a few! Mr Samra's job is to promote positive physical wellbeing outcomes for students, staff and parents. This might range from delivering physical activity sessions, education in nutrition, recovery and other physical health contributors. Mr Samra's aim to achieve this through 1-2-1 pupil support and goal-setting, fun group exercise and sports sessions to contribute to the school’s Co-curricular programme, and engaging educational workshops.
