Miss Coles - Mental Health Lead
Miss Coles works within the Wellbeing Centre, and helps to promote mental wellbeing throughout school. She works with individuals, as well as groups of students and families to help with any aspect of their mental health and wellbeing; whether that is low mood, anxiety, difficulties with sleep, friendships, difficulties at home or anything else. The support is ‘pro-active’ and aims to build up toolkits of coping strategies and mechanisms for students to manage their emotions, before they reach crisis. She works with students to ‘triage’ and identify whether they need specialist external support, such as CAMHS, or services that can be offered within school (e.g. counselling).
She is also involved in co-curricular clubs in the Wellbeing Centre, such as Colouring Club and leads a cheerleading dance club.

The Wellbeing Centre have four visiting arts therapists - two art therapists, one dramatherapist and a movement therapist. If you have any questions about this service, please email Miss Coles
