Internet Access

Chromebooks must have internet access to obtain and complete online work. There is no port on the Chromebook to plug in a cable. It must use WiFi. If you do not have WiFi in your home, please see the following options below.

Feel free to pull up close to our Administration Building (Parking spots closest to/surrounding the building) and hop on the wifi. The Chromebooks are already set up to connect.

Through BroadbandOhio – the state’s office is dedicated to improving access to high-speed internet – They have been working with providers to find public hotspot locations that Ohioans can use in areas where they may not otherwise have access to internet from home. If you are in need of internet access, here are some resources to be aware of:


  • Often times, a smartphone can be set up to be used as a hotspot for a device to connect to. You would want to check with your service provider regarding the details on if this is possible and data limits.


  • Wifi Hot Spots- Map of public hotspots in the area through Spectrum provided. Search our area with the zip code 44203. The idea would be to pull into the parking lot and work while connected. https://www.spectrum.com/wifi-hotspots * Denotes places we have verified.
