GIVE YOURSELF A MINDFUL MINUTE
PENNY WALKIN'
Here's how it works;
Need a small, flat object like a penny, dime, etc., or in this case a button!
You're going to put it on top of your foot (shoes, socks, or neither!) and try to walk around without it fall off!
You can start off with just 1 coin on a foot, or 1 coin on both feet! The secret is to go SUPER SLOW and put all of your attention in your feet!
If the coin/object falls off, SO WHAT! This is for fun. Challenge yourself and see how many steps you can take without it falling off!

Today we have new workout we'll be doing
It's called; NEURO!
Since we're all so busy, here is a secret way to hack your brain and pump some energy into our bodies!
It's simple
4 Jumps
4 Wall Push-ups
4 Split stance push-ups
4 split stance jumps!
Repeat this 6-8 times for 24 minutes! The secret is to not get out of breath. If you find yourself breathing heavy, take a minute, grab some water, and get back in there!
