Today's workout is all about CANDY! We will do a whole bunch of different exercises depending on which candies you like. Remember, our bodies need to work out regularly, and especially when we eat a lot of sugar!

Here's a Halloween workout that takes a little bit longer (21 min) and definitely gets your heart going! I apologize that the balance of music/voice is off at the beginning, but hopefully you can watch what I'm doing easily enough if you can't hear. It was my first recording in the gym!

Hi friends!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend and that you got outside to enjoy the nice weather! Today's workout takes just about 17 minutes, so it's a good one for a movement break at home or at school. It's pumpkin themed!! You don't have to have a pumpkin to do the workout, though; you can hold ANY object that you have handy. So, you could use a ball, a water bottle, a book, anything at all that is safe and convenient.
