In this video, I will explain the instructions. It's simple.

Find a good spot where you can relax. Shut the lights off if you'd like. Take your shoes off and do one, or all of the following;

  • color

  • draw

  • Yoga

  • meditate

It's important to find small windows of time that we can dedicate to "us" and "soul feeding!".

GIVE YOURSELF A MINDFUL MINUTE

RAISIN EXPERIMENT!

Here's how it works;

  • Need (1) SMALL morsel of food (raisin, nut, in this case a mint!) Whatever works, BUT it can only be one

  • We want to activate and turn on all of our senses! Can you name our 5 senses?!

  • (Smell, See, Hear, Taste and Feel!)

  • Start off by smelling the object; close your eyes and see what you can smell out!

  • Next, observe the object! See every groove, color, bumps, smoothness, ETC!

  • Now, it's time to feel it! Like an astronaut on the moon, explore the whole surface of this object!

  • ALMOST THERE! Put the object to your ear and see if you can hear anything!!

  • Last but NOT LEAST... drumroll... you get to eat it! BUT do not chew... move the object around in your mouth to see what flavors you can taste! Wait about a minute or so then INDULGE
