Below are the specialized kits currently available for checkout. Each one is designed to align with state standards and provide a "tactile" boost to your curriculum.
Teaching the volume of rectangular prisms is a "lightbulb moment" for many students. This kit is designed to turn abstract math into something they can touch, build, and master.
Hands-On Learning: Students use 160 durable 1-inch wooden cubes to visualize math.
Independent Practice: 20 activity cards guide students through building and deconstructing 3-D shapes.
Instant Feedback: Each card is double-sided, allowing kids to flip and check their own answers immediately.
Easy Classroom Setup: Perfect for a dedicated math center or small group rotations.
Kit Details:
160 Wooden Cubes (1" size)
20 Kid-friendly Activity Cards
Storage container for easy cleanup
This kit takes the guesswork out of geometry. By building physical models, students can literally see the difference between the space inside a shape and the distance around it.
Visual Learning: Includes 240 colorful 1-inch wooden tiles to help kids build and visualize their math problems.
Vocabulary Support: A dedicated definition card is included to help students master and remember key math terms.
Independent Practice: 20 activity cards guide students through building and deconstructing 3-D shapes.
Kit Details:
240 Wooden Cubes (1" size)
20 Kid-friendly Activity Cards
Storage container for easy cleanup
This kit allows students to become architects of their own learning. As they snap pieces together, they aren't just building shapes—they are building a deep understanding of how geometry works in the real world.
Easy Construction: Features simple-to-use sticks and connectors designed for little hands to snap together effortlessly.
Step-by-Step Guidance: 12 activity cards lead students through the process of building everything from simple triangles to complex rectangular prisms.
Skill Building: Helps children identify faces and edges, describe geometric properties, and compare different shapes side-by-side.
Comprehensive Set: With over 200 pieces, there are plenty of materials for collaborative group work or individual exploration.
Kit Details:
200+ Building Pieces: Includes various sticks and connectors.
12 Illustrated Activity Cards: Focused on shape identification and comparison.
Large Size: The largest sticks measure 4 1/4", making them easy to handle and see.
This kit turns geometry into a hands-on experiment. From measuring a single angle to building complex polygons, students learn by doing, discovering how different lengths change the shapes they create.
Flexible Exploration: Features sticks in 6 different lengths that snap together effortlessly to explore "plane" (flat) geometry.
Mastering Angles: Includes a special 4" protractor that snaps directly onto the legs, making it easy to measure and understand angles.
Hands-On Polygons: Students can start with two legs and keep adding more to build triangles, quadrilaterals, and more.
What’s Included:
Flexible AngLegs: Multiple sticks in 6 color-coded lengths.
Snap-On Protractor: A custom 4" tool for precise angle measurement.
Multi-Level Activity Cards: Sets for Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle School levels.
You can use your computer’s camera OR download the software to have more control like record video and take pictures. Just plug it into USB to use. Comes with live slides to capture living objects and a tray of 12 containers for holding/view materials
The Merge Cube Lets you hold digital 3D objects, enabling an entirely new way to learn and interact with the digital world.
Borrow our ipads with the preinstalled app OR request the Chromebook Store app for your school's chromebooks.

Bring Michigan geography to life with a "Mystery Classroom" video exchange! This interactive experience connects your students with another 3rd-grade class somewhere in our great state. Using logic, teamwork, and their knowledge of Michigan’s regions, students ask "yes" or "no" questions to pin down exactly where their new friends are located.
It’s more than just a game—it’s a way for students to practice communication skills and see that our state is a big, diverse community of learners.
Target Audience: Perfect for 3rd Grade classrooms studying Michigan history and geography.
Time Commitment: Each connection typically lasts 45–60 minutes.
Accessible Tech: We’ll help ensure your video setup is easy to use and inclusive for all students.
Statewide Connections: Hosted by the REMC Association, this program links classrooms from the Copper Country to the Detroit River.
We make the setup simple so you can focus on the fun. Whether you’re a pro at video conferencing or this is your very first time, we are here to support you every step of the way.
[Sign Up to Participate]: Add your classroom to the statewide list and start matching.
