*A pending update can cause a wide variety of issues. Check your Chromebook for updates frequently.*

How to Update:

1. Sign in to your Chromebook

2. Click the battery/clock icon in the bottom right corner, this will prompt a small menu 

3. Click Settings (the icon that looks like a gear)

4. Click "About Chrome OS"

5. Click "Check for updates"

6. Restart your Chromebook when the update is complete.

Please repeat steps 1 - 5 until you see "Your Chromebook is up to date." Your device may need more than one update.
