North Shore Schools Athletics Hall of Fame
North Shore Schools announces the opening of nominations for the Athletics Hall of Fame. The Hall honors members of the community for outstanding athletic achievement during and/or before their high school career. The Induction will take place this fall at our Homecoming event. Candidates must be North Shore High School graduates from the year 1957 to the present and meet the listed criteria.
The categories for consideration are student/athlete and coach/administrator. The criteria for each category are listed below and on the North Shore High School Athletics website.
Student/Athlete
· A graduate of North Shore High School
· Attended North Shore High School for a minimum of three years
· Competed for North Shore High School
· Graduated a minimum of five years prior to nomination
· Significant athletics accomplishment during and/or beyond high school.
· Considerations: Varsity level competitor, Leadership, Impact on athletics program, Awards and/or honors, Outstanding post graduate achievement, a reputable member of the community
Coach/Administrator:
· Retired three years
· Outstanding contributions to the North Shore Athletics Program
· Significant accomplishments
