Physical Exams

Student entrance physical requirements:

An entrance physical is required from all Freshman students.

Athletic Physical requirements:

Prior to participation in a school-sponsored interscholastic or intramural athletic team, student-athletes must submit a completed Medical Eligibility Form (MEF). The exam should be conducted by a Health Care Provider (Licensed physician, Advanced Practice Nurse, or Physician Assistant) who has completed the Student-Athlete Cardiac Assessment Professional Development Module. The Physical exam must be conducted within 365 days before the first official practice of the athletic season. The Medical Eligibility Form will be reviewed and cleared by the School Physician before the first day of practice. For further information please see the athletics website.
