PR ASSETS

Required assets for album PR launch

• Artist - title
• Street date
• Format info (CD, LP, Digital)
• WAV audio files zipped
• Cover Art (square .jpg, RGB, at least 1400x1400 px)
• 1-3 Hi res press photos (Landscape is best - put photo credit in the file name)
• Album Description to be used in the press release (1-4 paragraphs)
• Pre-order links (bandcamp or label link)
• RIYL (recommended if you like) : please list some similar artist or artist that inspired the music on the record
• Genre(s) - please list one main genre and as many sub genres as you can.
• Private soundcloud links to album and singles (used for premier pitching)
• Tour date info

Optional but recommended info to submit

• Single(s) info including names of single(s) & approximate single street dates
• Single descriptions (1-3 sentences about the single to be used for pitching for premiers)
• Music video info including which single they are for and approximate date the videos will be ready
• Video descriptions (1-3 sentences about the video to be used for pitching for premiers)
• Product photos
• Artist and label links
• Label logo
• Links to past press & quotes
• Lyrics
• Album Liner Notes
• Preferred press targets
