ALBUM PR  DEADLINES

We generally launch album PR campaigns 8-10 weeks before street date but can adjust based on short lead or long lead singles.  Please submit PR assets 9-11 weeks before press launch.

SINGLE & VIDEO PREMIER DEADLINES

For video and track premiers our publicists need 4 weeks lead to pitch.

RADIO DEADLINES

For physical radio mailings we need promo CDs at our office at least 4-6 weeks before street date

TOUR DATE PROMO DEADLINES

Our tour publicist needs 6 weeks lead to properly promote tour dates. 

LABEL DISTRO CLIENTS

PHYSICAL ALBUM DISTRO DEADLINES

Album submissions are due  11 weeks out so please refer to the docs below before submitting a release!

DIGITAL SINGLE DISTRO DEADLINES

For digital singles we are recommending 5 weeks lead to give Redeye time to pitch for play listing.
