Album submissions are due 11 weeks out depending on the street date so please refer deadlines page before submitting!

• • Album artwork (square .jpg, RGB, at least 1400x1400 px)

  • Onesheet PDF (see resources page for more examples and templates)

  • Album blurb text (max 2000 characters)

  • Street date

  • Track List

  • Suggested Retail Price for each format

  • Soundcloud private streaming link

  • Home market

  • Catalog #

  • Genre

  • Box Lot

Optional (but strongly recommended)

• • Press release (as PDF or Word doc)

  • Bio (as PDF or Word doc)

  • Album selling points

DIGITAL ALBUM ASSETS

• • WAV or FLAC files zipped

  • Album artwork (square .jpg, RGB, at least 1400x1400 px)

  • UPC code (if you need us to create one write in "please provide")

  • Metadata Spreadsheet (see resources page for more info and template)

  • Blurb (1000 character max, a few sentences about musical reference points, interesting facts about the song, RIYLs, etc)

  • Itunes pre-order date

  • Soundcloud page if you would like it whitelisted

DIGITAL SINGLES ASSETS

For digital singles the recommended lead time is 5 weeks to allow redeye to pitch for playlisting.

• • WAV or FLAC file

  • Single artwork (square .jpg, RGB, at least 1400x1400 px) - it’s recommended use different artwork than the album

  • Unique UPC code for each single (if you need us to create one write in "please provide")

  • Metadata spreadsheet (see resources page for more info and template)

  • Blurb (150 words max, a few sentences about musical reference points, interesting facts about the song, RIYLs, etc)
