Technical Tips: Archive past Google Calendar every summer, and hide Calendars by clicking on the Calendar settings.

Use Team Drives as a district warehouse to house documents vital to every member of a team. Files stored in Team Drives cannot be deleted easily, and won't disappear if an account is deactivated.
Technical Tip: Use of Google Classroom automatically generates a Classroom folder within Google Drive. Each file shared with you via Google Classroom also lives within Google Drive.
