Important Information

~Both FRC locations have drop off starting at 7am and pick up by 5:30pm~

Handle with Care

Please reach out if this ever pertains to you and your family. It can be a note you hand over to staff at drop off, an email you send me, or however you wish to get the message to us. We want to be able to support your child(ren) when the case arises.

School CLOSED

The following days school will NOT be in session, neither is FRC

Early Dismissal

Most months have half days on Wednesdays. On these days FRC opens up early and if your child/children are supposed to attend on those days, they will come directly to us. We still close at 5:30pm.

June: 10th

Drop off & Pick up Protocols

Drop off:
- Please park your vehicle in a safe location, not to block the entrance
- Escort your child(ren) to the FRC entrance.
- An FRC staff member will greet you at the door and let your child inside

Pick up:
- Parents/guardians must come up to the FRC door.- The child(ren) you're coming to pick up will then be called.
- You will then escort your child(ren) to your vehicle.

Reminder:

-We can NOT allow kids to walk themselves to your car due to safety reasons.
- Please tell anyone else you have authorized of these practices and if needed their ID for us to release to.

- Sign out your child(ren) with the current time and "mom" or "dad" etc.

Items NOT allowed

Unfortunately, the following items are not allowed to be used while at FRC. Please ensure that your child(ren) keep these items at home.

Hats (unless outside)
Gum
Pokemon Cards
chromebooks
tablets
cell phones

*We are not responsible if these items are damaged or lost while at FRC*

Potential Bad Weather Scenarios

Cancellation

If school is cancelled, there is NO FRC as well!

2-Hour Delay

If there is a 2-hour delay, FRC will open at 9 am (not 7) and run until school starts.

Early Dismissal

If there is an early dismissal, ALL AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES ARE CANCELLED and this includes FRC. Your child will need to be picked up if not able to take an already designated bus home.
