Middle School Mindfulness Activities

One of the best moments in life is when something happens that forces you to pause and say, "That is AMAZING." Write about something that has happened recently that has made you feel this way.


Take a walk around your current space. Pay attention to the things that you use almost every day but probably otherwise would never really think about. How do they make your life easier? Happier? More comfortable?


List three things that made you feel frustrated this past week, leaving some space in between them. Now, next to each of them, list three things-no matter how small-that made you feel fortunate this week.


Start listing all of the good things in your life, and as the day goes on, add more as you can think of them.
