Project Cost

The total project budget (including construction costs and soft costs) is 79.8M.  Currently the project is anticipating the MSBA’s share to be around 35% - 37% of total project monies spent, so the North Andover share would be the remaining 63% - 65%.  The breakdown between MSBA share and North Andover share is subject to change pending the outcome of the Project Scope and Budget Agreement with the MSBA which is scheduled for February 2026.  It’s currently being evaluated whether there will be a need for a tax override (debt exclusion) for the North Andover share.
