The PPLP
For New Mexico instructors and tutors, the Propel Professional Learning Portal (PPLP) is your first stop for professional learning opportunities. The PPLP has courses and other activities designed specifically to support our state's adult educators. Activities that you complete within the PPLP are credited on your Professional Learning Transcript and may count towards your required professional learning hours.

NM Professional Learning Plan Toolkit
The Professional Learning Plan Toolkit details the NM Instructor, Director, and Data Professional Competencies. There are self-assessment tools to help you identify your competency-aligned professional learning goals. The Learning Plan Toolkit helps instructors and programs meet New Mexico's Professional Learning Policy.
