Don Dutton
Don has been helping to educate adult learners since 1984 in programs including K-12, community college and work readiness. He has taught in Turkey, Japan, San Diego, Dallas and Las Cruces. Since 2015 he has been part of the professional development team in New Mexico focusing on helping teachers with in-class and online instruction, orientation, curriculum development, evaluation, testing, and management. Don can assist with several online learning programs, basic Google Tools use, and online instruction on a smartphone or computer. His first love and focus now is on English language learning. Retired and working part-time with Propel, he is available to assist, ready and willing to help any way he can.

Rebecca Sherry
Rebecca (she/her) is a Professional Learning Coordinator for PropelNM and is based in Albuquerque. She has worked for more than 20 years as an ESL instructor and program coordinator in urban and rural communities in New Mexico, Washington, and Texas. Her professional interests include curriculum design, integrated and contextualized ESL instruction in career pathways courses, online instruction, TSTM, and, of course, supporting instructors. She would love to discuss all things ESL with you. Rebecca has an MATESOL from the University of Washington, and she also lived briefly in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Meriah Lira
Meriah is the Adult Education Instructional Coordinator at Clovis Community College. She began tutoring at Clovis Community College in 2014 and then began teaching ESL classes in 2015. In 2017, she was a reading interventionist at Portales Municipal Schools for a year before going back to CCC where she began teaching HSE and ESL. She graduated in 2019 with her Bachelor's Degree in University studies and began working full-time as AE Instructional Coordinator in February of 2020. At the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, she joined the Distant Learning Team and has been working closely with the team and teachers across the state to provide technology support and trainings.

Nadia Kader
Nadia has worked in adult education as an Pre-HSE/HSE instructor and an instructional coordinator. They have taught both asynchronous and synchronous online courses and also taught in-person. They can assist with G suite, creating designs in Canva, theoretical grounded instruction, and finding resources (instructional and technical). Nadia is currently a Professional Learning Coordinator for Propel.
