The New Mexico ELT Support Team provides a collaborative space for ESL and ESOL instructors across our state. This is the place for us to share resources, ideas, and classroom practices to best support the adult English learners in our programs. While our focus is on NMHED’s Adult Education and Adult Literacy grantees, we’re also excited to hear from our colleagues in other ESL/ESOL settings.
This version of the IDEAL 101 course is designed specifically to support you as you plan and implement distance and blended learning for your ESL students. This five-week course is taught entirely online with synchronous and asynchronous activities.
The popular Color Vowel Basics training will be offered in-person in Albuquerque on Nov. 14-15. Registration details coming soon!
The ELT Support Team hosts the monthly ELL Open Forum. The ELL Open Forum is a webinar where we discuss topics of interest to our community. Topics are determined by the participants. Here is our current schedule with the meeting link. All are welcome to join.
