IET Student Fees Application

This form is to request funding for additional support in covering student expenses such as tuition, fees, and testing, once alternate options such as WIOA Title I funds, funds from the higher education institution or financial aid, community sources, and other grant funds have been responsibly investigated.

IET Start-Up Application

This form is to be utilized when requesting additional resources to start a new IET mid-fiscal year if it is not already part of your budget or award. New IETs must be approved prior to submitting this form.
