50 Sussex Ave Development Project
"Renderings have been revealed for 50 Sussex Avenue, a 15-story building in Newark, New Jersey. The development team includes KS Group and Tona Development as joint Venture, which won approvals to construct the project in 2021."
Point-No-Point Bridge
"Built in 1901, long had been considered for replacement, and the project finally kicked off in 2022, creating 110 prevailing wage union jobs and supporting additional manufacturing jobs through the American-made materials supplied for the project. "

Mulberry Commons Pedestrian Bridge
"A modern infrastructure project that hopes to better connect Newark’s Downtown to a major entertainment venue, green space, and the city’s Ironbound neighborhood is officially underway as work has begun on the Mulberry Commons Pedestrian Bridge."
