Defective on Arrival (DOA) is defined as a device which is non operational out-of-the-box. DOA's are time dependent, and getting your claim in as soon as the DOA is found is critical to its success.
Unless otherwise stated, the Product is entitled to a DOA claim should the Product fail within 10 calendar days of arrival and/or within 20 days of the Acer invoice to NLG. The product must be in complete set as original and scratch/damage free. Acer reserves the right to repair the product if it has been discontinued.
In most instances a DOA Chromebook will be identified by Noel Leeming or the Service Provider during the White glove phase.
Please contact your local Commercial Business Manager to lodge your DOA claim.
