For support of Learner Chromebook Devices, your Managed Services Provider (Fusion or New Era IT)
will continue to provide first level support, logging service jobs with Acer directly.
For all other items procured through Noel Leeming, please contact your local Commercial Representative, providing a description of the issue, your contact details and your location.
The process will vary depending on the product, our support staff will advise accordingly
Claims and Returns Terms & Conditions:
Any claims for faulty or damaged supplies must be notified, in writing, by the Customer to NLG within 48 hours of delivery made or possession taken.
All claims are at the complete discretion of NLG. NLG must be given a reasonable time to investigate any claim made by the Customer.
Any supplies to be returned for credit to NLG, are to be returned by the Customer either in person or by courier freight within 7 days from the date of invoice, including details as to the Order number, invoice number, date of purchase and reason for credit being sought.
All credits are at the sole discretion of NLG.
