December 8, 2021: Worked through order of operations with fractions. Next in-class assignment will be December 14 or 15 and include order of operations. Worked through page 155 #'s 4, 6, 7. Anything not complete was assigned for homework.

December 1, 2021: Worked through operations with fractions. Worksheets found in Google Classroom to work through. Answers are expected to be in mixed numbers.

November 30, 2021: Worked through word problems. Assigned pages 18-19 in the notes for practice.

November 29, 2021: Worked through division of mixed numbers. Assigned page 145-146 #'s 4abc, 5abc, 6, 8, 10, 16. Anything not completed in class was assigned for homework. In-class assignment December 6, 2021.

November 25, 2021: Worked through dividing fractions. Assigned page 139-140 #'s 8, 11, 13, 15 to work on in class.

November 24, 2021: Worked through division of whole numbers by fractions and fractions by whole numbers. Began a review sheet on this and will continue it tomorrow.
November 23, 2021: Spent a little time working through multiplying mixed numbers with models. Moved on to multiplying mixed numbers without models. Completed pages 125-126 #'s 11, 14, 16 in class 1.5 classes were given to complete these questions, anything not completed was assigned for homework.

November 22, 2021: Worked through multiplying mixed numbers with area models. Assigned textbook questions but will give time in tomorrow's class to complete.

November 12, 2021: Worked through multiplication of fraction with fraction using area models. Assigned pages 113-114 #'s 6, 8, 10, 11, 12 i&ii to be completed in class.

November 9, 2021: Began Unit 3 and did multiplication of whole number with fractions.

November 3, 2021: Worked through word problems with multiplication and division of integers. Assigned page 30 #'s 6-10 in the notes to be completed in class, if not complete it was assigned for homework. Test is on Friday.

November 1, 2021: Worked through an Order of Operations worksheet in class. Answers posted in Google Classroom. Math test is on Friday, November 5, 2021.

October 28, 2021: Reviewed division of integers. Completed a worksheet on this that all students completed in class.

October 25, 2021: Completed practice worksheets on multiplication of integers. Practice worksheet (A) is to be complete at home if not complete in class. Students had the full class to work on these questions.

October 22, 2021: Worked through division using number lines. Assigned pages 17-19 in the notes to be complete in class. Anything not complete was assigned for homework. Math assignment was handed out and is being collected on October 29, 2021.

October 20, 2021: Worked through area models of multiplication. Assigned page 73 #'s 6 a-d, 7 a-d to be completed in class. If not complete it was assigned for homework.

October 19, 2021: Worked through more multiplying integers without models. Assigned page 73-74 #'s 3, 4, 5, 8 a-e, 15, 17, 18 in class, anything not complete was assigned for homework.

October 18, 2021: Introduced multiplying integers without models. Worked through completing a multiplication table with positive and negative numbers. Started addition of integers mental math, quiz will take place on Friday.

October 15, 2021: Worked through multiplying integers with number lines. Practice sheet #2 in the notes was assigned to be completed for homework if not completed in class.

October 13, 2021: Began unit 2. Worked through notes up to and including bank models. Assigned Practice Sheet #1 in the notes to be completed along with Page 68 #'s 5, 6, 9, 10. Students were given 2 classes to work on this.

October 4, 2021: Handed back and went over assignment. Test in on Thursday October 7, 2021.

September 28, 2021: Worked through more Pythagorean Theorem problems. Assignment is due on Friday October 1, 2021.

September 23, 2021: Began estimating square roots with number lines. Will continue to practice this tomorrow.

September 22, 2021: Completed more divisibility rules examples. Assigned paged 7 #'s 1-2 in the notes to be completed for homework. An extra worksheet was handed out for students who were done.

September 21, 2021: Reviewed divisibility rules and completed a worksheet in class.

September 20, 2021: Worked through prime factorization.

September 16, 2021: Completed worksheet.

September 15, 2021: Assigned pages 15-16 #'s 5, 6, 7abc, 22, 13abcdef, 14. These questions were completed and corrected in class.

September 14, 2021: Completed a lesson on square roots. Assigned page 15 #5 to be completed in class. Anything not complete is for homework.
