PARENTS/GUARDIANS

The Transition team is here for you and your students to help provide assistance toward post-secondary education, employment and independent-living readiness.  We meet with students individually, in groups, during Flex times at the comprehensive sites and do our best to attend most IEP meetings.  

Case managers, students, and parents/guardians may contact us with individual transition requests, lesson requests, and/or assessment needs through email or by accessing our Transition Hub.

Please use our "Forms" tab under the Parent/Guardian section of this site to access our Field Trip Permission Slip form and return it with your student or via email.
