Hotel Reservation

We have secured for all participants access to a block of rooms at the conveniently located Robert Treat Hotel, at a negotiated rate of $119/night. The cutoff date is December 22, 2022, but early booking would help the organizers to better manage the reservations and make necessary adjustments depending on the number of rooms already booked.

If you were offered financial support from the organizers, NJIT will pick up the bill at the time of your checkout. We are not able to provide reimbursement for rooms booked elsewhere.

If public transportation is preferred, we recommend a short walk (0.3 miles) from the hotel to the Military Park Light Rail Station (underground), from where the second stop is the Warren Street/NJIT Station ($0.70 Underground Fare), which is located in front to one of the campus entrances. To get to the Campus Center or the Eberhardt Hall, you may walk around the construction site to reach the campus green, or enter the building in front of the station and exit it the other side on the campus green.
