Reflection

In my research I found out many things about Jerry Spinelli and his books. Eggs is not a super famous book but I think it should be. It is amazing and it makes you want to know more about Jerry Spinelli. After doing research I figured out that he wanted to be a major league base ball player and he eventually decided to join his high school foot ball team and he wrote a poem which made him become a writer. He also has many kids and is 81 right now, in 2022. He writes his books off of experiences of his life and Eggs was probably a top one for that.

How does this book relate to the author?

This relates to the author because in the book the girl is being who she wants to be and if she doesn't like it she gave it a try and that's what Jerry Spinelli did he does things he wants to. Being himself even if people tell what he can or cant do he will give it a shot and then he will make sure to go back to who he wants to or do what he wants to do if it doesn't work out well just like Stargirl did and then he will keep on moving forward to make more kids and people happy. It also relates because it shows Stargirl doesn't fit in and you don't need to stand in all the time, that's why Stargirl tried to stand in but the next day stood out, Because she didn't want to stand in and be like others she wanted to be different. She also didn't just give up she kept going like Spinelli, Spinelli kept going and writing stories and inspiring people to be themselves.😃❤
