The present invention discloses an electronically controlled tensiometer system; system includes a tensiometer; with a tensiometer tube, a cup and a gauge; a reservoir system comprising a reservoir and a connecting body, for water to refill the tensiometer tube, with solenoid operated inlet/ outlet for water from the reservoir into the tensiometer tube through the connecting body via a connector, wherein a push-pull solenoid pushes by a solenoid hammer to fill the tensiometer tube automatically.
