The attendance will be recorded automatically on Google Meet and YouTube. No separate attendance/feedback link will be shared.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GOOGLE MEET SESSION
No questions will be allowed in between the talk. Please note down your questions and ask at the end.
Use the chat window properly. Do not discuss irrelevant things in the chat window.
If you have any question then write down in the chat box and wait for the moderator to respond and only then unmute yourself.
Use ear/head phones through the google meet session.
During the whole talk, disable/mute your mic and video.
When you join the google meet, you will see a 'present now' icon. Do not press it.
The entry in google meet will be on first come first serve basis.
Once the google meet lobby (max. 250 participants) is full, you can't enter there but can watch the live session on YouTube.
Pin the presenter to see his/her screen only.
For YouTube viewers: If you have any question then write down in the YouTube live chat box and wait for the moderator to respond.
