In past years, the district has sent home a paper "Confidential Emergency Information" form to all parent(s)/guardian(s) on the first day of school, in order to collect necessary student information each year. This process was slow, prone to data errors, and expensive for the district.
In an effort to streamline this process, we have implemented a secure, online "Returning Student Enrollment" form, which all parent(s)/guardian(s) will complete each school year.
Each summer, shortly before the start of the school year, we will be sending an email notification to all parent(s)/guardian(s) which will include instructions on how to complete this new online form.

This August you will receive an email with instructions. At that time, you will be able to access the form via your Parent/Guardian account on the Parent/Student Portal.

If there was no Parent/Guardian account already associated with your student, the district mailed a letter with instructions on how to create one to the home address on file. If you do not have that letter, please contact your school main office for a new copy.
Yes, because you will need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one Returning Student Enrollment and then start another – this will allow you to “snap over” shared family information, which will save you time.
