Research Interest....

At NS lab, our research goal is to explore the structural role of modified DNA/RNA/Peptides analogues which may allow to improve the biochemical activities just by tuning their chemical structure. DNA, RNA and protein/peptides are essential biopolymers of living organisms, and have important role to control the metabolism. Any disorder in their structure lead to critical diseases including deadly one cancer, which possibly can be overcome by structurally modified analogues. As synthetic organic chemist, he has wonderful opportunities to synthesize the biomolecules and its analogues which are the building blocks of biopolymers such as DNA, RNA, Protein, and Peptides. Recently, the syntheses of structurally modified analogues of DNA, RNA, and Peptides are growing in demand to employ in pharmaceutical industries for development of therapeutics drugs and related chemical entities.
