Qualification: Dr. Raghunath received his B.Sc. from Burdwan University in 2011 and M.Sc. from IIT Guwahati in 2013. He obtained his Ph.D. in June 2019 in synthetic organic chemistry from IIT Guwahati. He was a Post Doctoral fellow from September 2019 to August 2021 in Prof. Gang Chen group at the Dept. of School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. Currently, he is involved for the synthesis of novel unnatural nucleosides and nucleotides using CuI/Oxalic diamide catalysis.
