Dear Parent or Guardian,
We are excited to announce Northwest ISD Health Services is adopting CareDox as a new tool for nurses to keep parents notified of health related needs for their child(ren). Notification examples include providing parents with information regarding the need to refill medications taken at school, immunization status updates, and other notifications from the clinic. You may receive email notification from CareDox originating from the campus health clinic. All information is stored securely and is HIPAA and FERPA compliant.
No action is required from you at this time but watch for more information as we expand our use of CareDox as a district. Our top priority is student safety & CareDox helps us ensure an efficient, streamlined means for coordinating the care of your child.
