NISD Volunteer 101 Orientation

Welcome to the online Northwest ISD Volunteer 101 Orientation. We appreciate your interest in supporting our students and thank you for choosing Northwest ISD schools and programs as your destination for volunteer support! 

Volunteers support the district’s strategic goal to create and foster an environment where all stakeholders are engaged in the transformational work of the NISD family. By serving as a mentor, tutor, chaperone, role model, or general volunteer you are supporting students, parents, and the future generations of the Northwest ISD community. Your work has special significance for our school communities and can be life-changing for our students. 

You can navigate through this orientation by simply clicking the 'next' or 'back' buttons at the bottom of each page. At the end of the orientation, you will be required to answer a few short questions to prove completion of the NISD Volunteer 101 Training. Orientation must be completed on an annual basis and will expire one year after your questionnaire is submitted.
