About Mr. Streit
Hello Everyone!
I’m responsible for the Agricultural Mechanics and Fabrication classes here at Northwest. My background ranges from owning my own business to working for a large animal processing company before transitioning into education. This is my 14th year as an Agriculture Educator, and I still truly enjoy every aspect of the job.
I work closely with the Ag Mechanics show teams and oversee the Commercial Steer SAE program. Agriculture is a family affair for us—my daughter, Rylee, works for John Deere; my son, Garrett, runs his own horse training business; and my wife, Sandra, has spent her entire career in the meat industry.
