Students are able to access learning applications, such as Lexia, Imagine Math, and many other great programs. Go to www.nisdtx.org . Then click on Students (www.nisdtx.org/#students-tab) . Choose Portal from the options provided. Students can log in with their username and password. It is the same as how they log in at school .
At this time, the only homework is for your child to read each night to work towards building a reading life. Lexia, Imagine Math, and Education Galaxy are also easily accessible in the NISD Portal. We do encourage students to spend time weekly, about 20- 30 minutes a day, working on math and reading skills.
