This is 4th Grade!

Families, thank you for trusting us with your children everyday! Please read our newsletter for important dates and to see what we are learning. If you have any questions, our contact information is at the bottom of the screen.

Our grade level conference period is from 1:00-1:55 daily.

Ride Changes

If you need to make a ride change, please complete the "Ride Change Form" ALL ride changes need to be made by 2:00

NEW THIS YEAR:

Ice cream will only be served on Wednesday.

Northwest ISD schools will be using an online form (located at [//absence.nisdtx.org]absence.nisdtx.org) for parents and guardians to report student absences. Families will input their student's absence information with this form, and each school front lobby will have a sign with a QR code and friendly website link for quick access. The form will send a verification email to the parent/guardian email address on record, so students will not be able to submit their absences without approval.

Morning Drop Off

Front Car Drop Off:

There is no car drop off until all buses have been unloaded and they have departed.
Do not drop off and pull past the cones while buses are unloading.
There is only one lane for unloading.
Students will exit the vehicle on the passenger side only.
Parents must stay in their vehicle.
There will be staff members stationed along the routes students will walk.
PACEE students will be dropped off in the front in the designated space. Staff will be there to get students out of their cars.

Back Car Drop Off:

You will use the back of the school. You will turn on Ranch View Way and then left on High Point to get to the back of the school.
There will be only one lane for unloading vehicles.
Students will exit the passenger side of the vehicle only.
Parents must stay in their vehicle.
There will be staff members stationed along the routes students will walk.

LAMP: Library, Art, Music, PE

Rotations will follow the schedule shown. Monday, 8/18 will be "A Day" and so on.

Breakfast 7:20-7:35

Breakfast- We are averaging 110 students going through the breakfast line in the morning with our free breakfast. We are asking for your help. We have many who are not coming in until 7:30 or after. This only leave them a short time for breakfast.

We send kids to the classrooms at 7:35 so they can be ready to start at 7:40.

If your child is going to eat breakfast in the morning, we ask they be here right at 7:20. They are welcome to use the back drop off that is right there at the cafeteria if needed to get them there in a timely manner.

Your help with this is most appreciated.

Take Home Folders

Take Home Folders are yellow and will be sent home this week with your child.

The folders will be used to send home communication and graded work.

Please send it back to school every day and make sure it is cleaned out nightly.

NEW THIS YEAR:

All car riders will be picked up at the back of the school.
