HOW DO WE RAISE MONEY
At Eaton Theatre, fundraising plays a crucial role in our success and allows us to enhance our productions and provide valuable opportunities for our students. While we receive a modest annual budget from the district, fundraising efforts help us cover additional expenses and support various aspects of our program. Here are some of the ways we fundraise at Eaton Theatre:
Ad Placement in Playbills: We offer businesses and individuals the opportunity to purchase ad space in our production playbills. These ads not only provide exposure for the advertisers but also generate revenue that directly supports our productions.
Concessions Sales: During performances and events, we sell concessions such as snacks, beverages, and merchandise. The proceeds from these sales contribute to our fundraising efforts and help offset production costs.
Merchandise Sales: We offer Eaton Theatre-branded merchandise, such as T-shirts, mugs, and other items, for sale to students, parents, and supporters. A portion of the proceeds from merchandise sales goes toward funding our program.
Parent and Guardian Support: We rely on the support and involvement of parents and guardians to make our fundraising efforts successful. Whether it's assisting with ad sales, volunteering at concession stands, or promoting merchandise sales, parental involvement is key to our fundraising success.
