LEAD DIRECTOR AND PAC FACILITY MANAGER
Mr. Kougias attended Richland High School where he discovered his passion for theater. After attending Tarrant County College Northwest, under the direction of Brent Alford, Mr. Kougias attended St. Edward's University where he received a B.F.A. in Acting and Directing. It was at St. Edwards that Mr. Kougias was trained and directed by some of the leading artists in our field of study. It's this training and experience that he brings to the table as an educator. Mr. Kougias is very proud that many of his former students have gone on to have very successful careers in film, theater and television.
Some of Mr. Kougias's favorite productions he has worked on are Fiddler On The Roof, Equus, Born On A Sunday, Hamlet, Newsies, and The Insanity of Mary Girrard. Mr. Kougias is excited to begin his twenty fourth year in education, all with NISD.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
I feel so blessed to be part of the Eaton Drama Department! This is my 11th year of teaching in NISD, and I couldn't be happier to begin my 6th year with EHS.
I am a proud graduate of Texas A&M University (whoop!). I enjoy reading, running, being outdoors (especially near water or mountains), baseball, spending time with family and friends, volunteering, and traveling and trying new restaurants. I love autumn, coffee, Diet Coke, green tea, and anything pumpkin!
I feel that communication, collaboration, compassion, open-mindedness, and hard work are key to creativity and success in both theatre and life. We have so many exciting things planned in the drama department this year, and I cannot wait to see what we will accomplish together!
