What YOU Can Do

• Listen to your doctors prescription instructions- Your doctors have degrees for a reason. Listen to them, they know whats best and ask questions if your not sure about something.

• Don’t pressure your doctor to prescribe you antibiotics - Don't make them give you want you think will make you better because it won't. If you listen and discuss with your doctor your needs, they will do their best to help you with your illness. Antibiotics is not used to treat EVERYTHING. Just bacteria.

• Ask your doctor if you have any questions concerning your prescriptions - If you are concerned about your health and not sure what to do, ASK YOUR DOCTOR. They will help you.

• Have good hygiene - Having a good hygiene contributes to whether you get infected or not. By not taking care of yourself, and your body, you are putting yourself at risk for infection of bacteria.

• NEVER skip doses - Just because you feel better now does not mean it's entirely cured. Finish the whole prescription in order to prevent more bacteria from multiplying and growing resistant to antibiotics.

• Spread Awareness - Tell you friends and family! Make sure they are aware about this and lead them to this website for more info.
