• Date: Tuesday, December 9th

• Departure from school: 9:00 AM

• Fill out the permission slip on the Parent Square message that was sent out

• Return to school: 2:00 PM

• Cost for students: Free – the school is covering all student fees

• NISD Permission Form: please fill out the permission form attached to this message

• Lunch: Students will need to bring a sack lunch and a water bottle, with all items being disposable

• If your child needs to purchase a lunch from the cafeteria, please message your teacher via Parents Square.

If you are interested in joining us as a chaperone, we’d love your support!

• Chaperone cost: $15 per person

• We are only allowed to bring 3 chaperones per class 

• Please fill out the Chaperone Interest Form if you are interested in chaperoning

• Chaperones will be randomly selected from those who volunteer

• If selected, your teacher will notify you and payment will be required to confirm your spot. If payment isn’t received in time, the spot will go to the next person on the list

• Only school approved chaperones will be allowed to attend the trip. KidZania is closed to the public during field trips for student safety.
